Job summary

Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to supervise and coordinate imaging operations in our Urgent Care setting. The role supports daily workflow, patient care during imaging procedures, and adherence to health system policies and standards.

You will mentor staff, perform QC/QA checks, and serve as a liaison to ensure up-to-date imaging practices across clinics. A strong radiography background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program and ARRT credentialing in good standing.
• CT/radiography license where applicable and eligible for state licensure.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED with scientific literacy.
• Priority given to applicants with leadership experience in radiology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily imaging operations within Urgent Care.
• Mentor staff and students; provide coaching and training as needed.
• Perform QC and QA checks; coordinate machine maintenance and service.
• Act as liaison between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics to ensure current practice.
• Perform a wide range of imaging procedures with professional judgment.
• Address errors and incidents; promote teamwork and morale.
