Job summary

A healthcare technology company located in Edina, Minnesota, is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day radiologist compensation and perform various operational accounting duties. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and experience with GAAP principles, as well as strong Excel and communication skills. Responsibilities include calculating radiologist disbursements, assisting in internal software enhancements, and preparing payroll entries. This position allows for a sedentary work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and one year related work experience.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiologist compensation calculations and disbursements.
• Collaborate with Physician Relations and Legal teams for compliance.
• Prepare payroll and benefit-related entries.
• Prepare credit card and expense reimbursement entries.
• Record ad hoc bank transactions as required.
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts monthly.
