Job summary

Radiology Partners, a leading U.S. radiology practice, seeks a Senior Technical Accountant to research and apply GAAP, SEC guidance, and emerging standards. You will analyze complex transactions, support reporting, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience in technical accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting; IFRS knowledge a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP, SEC guidance, and emerging standards.
• Analyze complex transactions: business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, goodwill.
• Support technical accounting matters for healthcare services organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, due diligence, and M&A activity.
