Job summary

Bayer is hiring a Clinical Performance Specialist in Radiology for the Southern California region with travel up to 75%. The role focuses on delivering clinical education and training for Bayer Radiology products, ensuring adoption and high customer satisfaction.

The position is residence-based, preferably LA or San Diego, with substantial travel and strong clinical expertise required. Responsibilities include training delivery, collaboration with sales and success teams, and ongoing product

Qualifications

Associates degree with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 4 years, or Master's with 2 years.
Radiologic Technologist (RT) Certification and/or CIIP Certification.
Willingness to travel ~70% and valid driver's license.
Experience with Bayer/Medrad injector systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver FRY clinical education training for Bayer Radiology equipment and software.
Support adoption of new technologies during onsite training.
Assist sales teams with clinical expertise across portfolio products.
Build strong customer relations and ensure high satisfaction.
Provide clinical troubleshooting via phone, email, or in person.
Contribute to special projects and site/workflow analyses.
