Job summary

Bayer AG in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Clinical Performance Specialist for Radiology to deliver expert-level training and support across Bayer’s Radiology portfolio. This role focuses on clinical adoption, education delivery, and collaboration with sales and customer-success teams.

Travel up to 75% within the Southern California region and parts of Eastern Arizona is required, with residence based in the LA or San Diego metro areas.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with relevant technical/clinical background or higher.
• Radiologic Technologist Certification and/or CIIP Certification are required.
• Broad knowledge of radiology and IT workflow and practice.
• Excellent verbal skills, proficient with MS Office, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to travel up to ~70% and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Bayer/Medrad injector systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, plan and execute FRY clinical education training for Bayer equipment/software.
• Promote adoption of new technologies during onsite training.
• Support sales with clinical expertise alongside Portfolio Reps and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide clinical answers and troubleshooting via multiple channels on Bayer Radiology products.
• Assist with special projects and develop implementation plans via workflow analysis.
• Escalate and resolve high-priority clinical questions using clinical judgment.
• Notify Bayer's Complaint Department of adverse events per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of new/current device products and software platforms.
