Job summary

Bayer in Los Angeles seeks a Clinical Performance Specialist to train users on Bayer Radiology products and provide expert clinical support. The role covers Southern California and parts of Eastern Arizona with up to 75% travel, based from residence in LA or San Diego area.

Responsibilities include delivering education, facilitating adoption of new tech, supporting sales with clinical insight, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a relatable technical/clinical discipline with required experience.
• Radiologic Technologist (RT) Certification and/or CIIP Certification.
• Broad knowledge of Radiology workflows and IT department practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FRY clinical education training to Bayer equipment/software users per Bayer standards.
• Promote adoption of new technologies during onsite training.
• Support sales efforts with clinical expertise alongside Portfolio Reps and Account Managers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
