Ogden Clinic is seeking a Radiology Clerk to greet patients, collect co-pays, and manage demographics and insurance data. You will file documents and organize radiology results while assisting referrals in our computer systems. The role emphasizes excellent customer service to patients and team members.

Full-time employment includes competitive pay and benefits, with no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts in nearly all cases, and annual merit increases based on performance.

Description

Under the direct supervision of the Radiology Manager, the Radiology Clerk is responsible for greeting patients, entering patient demographics and insurance information, collecting co-payments and balances due, filing documents, organizing results from radiology exams, inputting referrals to computer software from referring physicians, taking patients to changing rooms, and providing excellent customer service to patients and team members.
