Qualifications

Description:Unit has 2 suites/labs.Certifications required: BLS, ARRT, California Radiologic Technologist License, Fluoroscopy.Average number of cases per day is 5.Emergency medical records system used is Cerner.Cath lab/IR Technologists team consists of 3 professionals.Weekend requirement for technologists is on-call basis (1 to 2 weekends a month).Holiday requirement includes working 1 holiday.Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.Common cases include Right Heart Catheterization, Left Heart Catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Electrophysiology, Rotablator, and Peripheral procedures.Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shifts to be canceled during a 13-week assignment.Response time for call requirement is 30 minutes.Charting system utilized is Cerner.Position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.Minimum guaranteed hours are 40 per week.
