Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a skilled Radiology/Cardiology Echo Tech for a 13‑week assignment. You will perform echocardiograms, including 3‑D studies and pharmacologic stress tests, across adult patients in acute and outpatient settings. Travel between facilities and holiday coverage are expected.

Applicants should have ARDMS and current BLS, with RDCS-Adult or ARRT-Sonography certifications preferred. Valid state license is required for California placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of echocardiography experience.
• AR/CCI certifications required or in process.
• Experience with Epic charting systems preferred.
• CPR/BLS current; state compact license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms for a diverse adult population.
• Conduct pharmacologic stress, bubble studies, and 3-D echo when needed.
• Operate GE ultrasound equipment and document results in Epic.
• May float between facilities and cover holidays as required.

Radiology - Cardiac Sonographer

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour

Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00)

Experience: Minimum 1 year required

License: Valid state compact license required

Certifications: ARDMS, BLS, CCI, RDCS-Adult, or ARRT-Sonography

Must-Have:

• Previous charge experience preferred


• Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic preferred

Description:The position requires skills in performing echocardiograms.Experience in adult acute care and outpatient settings is preferred.Candidates should be familiar with routine echo procedures, pharmacologic stress echo, and transesophageal echocardiogram.Proficiency in 3-D echocardiography and using GE equipment is required.The role may involve performing bubble studies and treadmill stress echocardiograms.Daily patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.The average daily census is approximately 8-10 patients.Travelers may be expected to float between facilities.Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays.References covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required.
