Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Radiology/Cardiology Echocardiography Technician to perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms and vascular studies in a hospital setting. The role requires ARDMS RDCS or AE (or CCI RCS) certification, valid state license, and Epic charting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of echocardiography experience.
• Must have a valid state license.
• Certifications: ARDMS RDCS AE or CCI RCS, BLS; RVS preferred.
• Dual registration in echo and vascular ideal.
• EPIC charting experience required; previous charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Description:The role involves performing echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound tests.Experience in vascular procedures is a plus but not required.Duties include conducting adult-focused echo studies and stress tests.The department is responsible for managing echocardiograms and ambulatory cardiac monitors.The ideal candidate will support both echo and vascular procedures.Bedside echocardiograms are performed for inpatients.Outpatient studies are conducted in a designated lab setting.The workload includes approximately 225 transthoracic echocardiograms per month.Common patient diagnoses include chest pain, cardiomyopathy, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation.Candidates will float within their scope of practice as needed.All candidates must adhere to standard policies and procedures.
