Job summary
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations and supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
The position requires 2+ years in a Cath Lab, ACLS/BLS, RCIS/ARRT/RTR certifications, and experience with hemodynamic monitoring. Travel assignments welcome; RS and on-site support provided by ARMStaffing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- RCIS, ARRT, or RTR certification is required.
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and various cardiac procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
- Monitor and manage patients during procedures.
- Assist in special procedures such as ASD and PFO closures, TAVR, and PCI.
- Maintain a sterile field and perform scrub duties during procedures.
- Utilize various advanced medical equipment including Impella and IABP consoles.
- Provide emergency interventions as needed.
