ARMStaffing seeks an experienced Electrophysiology Tech for a 13-week contract in Baltimore, MD. You’ll support the Cardiac Cath Lab team during EP procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proficiency with EP mapping, pacemaker/AICD management, and adherance to sterile technique; ACLS/BLS/CCI-RCIS certifications are required, with additional credentials preferred. Shifts are 4x10 hours, Monday–Friday, with competitive travel benefits and housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Electrophysiology Tech experience, with preference for Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with permanent and temporary pacemakers, AICD insertion/programming, and cardiac mapping is required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Tech to join a busy Cardiac Cath Lab. The position involves working with adult patients undergoing various electrophysiology procedures. The role requires a candidate comfortable in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and execution of electrophysiology procedures, including arrhythmia ablations and cardiac device procedures.
• Monitor hemodynamic status and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to sterile technique protocols.
• Utilize EP mapping systems and assist with cardiac ablation procedures.
• Perform cardiac diagnostics and monitor patient recovery post-procedure.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of Electrophysiology Tech experience, with preference for Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI-RCIS.
• Preferred certifications: CCI-RCES, ARRT-CI.
• Experience with permanent and temporary pacemakers, AICD insertion/programming, and cardiac mapping is required.
• No specific Maryland state licensure required.
