Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Manager for Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula to drive growth in breast and skeletal health biopsy products.

You will coordinate with Account Executives, develop business plans, and sell across the portfolio while building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians. Ideal candidates have clinical sales experience, a background in radiology or mammography, and a proven track record in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical sales or role in a clinical environment.
• 3+ years of clinical radiology/imaging/mammography or medical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, business or marketing discipline or equivalent medical sales, clinical/mammography experience.
• Track record of success in complex, matrixed environments.
• Demonstrate problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with urgency and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to drive growth and exceed company revenue goals across the BSH continuum of care.
• Develop, implement and drive selling strategies and business plans to achieve quota and maximize market share.
• Align with Account Executives to achieve defined sales goals and quota within assigned accounts.
• Present and successfully sell Hologic value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Develop and manage sales funnel and provide accurate forecasts.
