Job summary

Hologic, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to drive growth across its Breast and Skeletal Health biopsy products. You will coordinate with Account Executives, develop business plans, and sell across our portfolio to new and existing customers.

You will build trusted relationships with physicians and medical personnel, present Hologic's value proposition, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical sales or role in a clinical environment.
• 3+ years of clinical radiology/imaging/mammography or medical sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific, biomedical, business or marketing discipline.
• Track record of success in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a winning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to drive growth and exceed revenue goals.
• Develop selling strategies and business plans to achieve quota.
• Build relationships with physicians and medical staff.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
