Rad AI seeks a customer-facing Implementation professional to optimize radiology workflows and drive adoption of AI-powered solutions. You will train customers, configure templates, and align product capabilities with clinical needs to maximize value.

Ideal candidates bring radiology experience, strong communication skills, and a track record in SaaS implementations, enabling effective collaboration with radiology groups and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in radiology or imaging environment and familiarity with radiologist reporting workflows.
• Ability to engage clinical stakeholders including radiologists and department leads.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing priorities and deliver outcomes on a timeline.
• Excellent communication and training skills with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own customer adoption outcomes.
• Own go-live readiness and stabilization: lead product training and go-live support with customer admins and radiologists to ensure timely launch.
• Drive post-go-live adoption: deepen and sustain product adoption across radiologists and customer stakeholders.
• Act as a radiology workflow consultant: translate customer workflows into optimized product configurations and adoption strategies.
• Conduct workflow discovery and gap analysis with radiologists, department leads, and IT to identify friction points and configuration needs.
• Be the voice of the customer: collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve issues and inform roadmap.
