Job summary

Rad AI is seeking a customer-facing specialist to drive adoption and go-live readiness for radiology AI products. You will work with clinical and operational stakeholders to tailor workflows and maximize value.

Responsibilities include training, template configuration, adoption strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to improve the product roadmap and support sales with workflow insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in radiology, PACS, or dictation systems.
• Strong relationship management, training, and technical communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and healthcare IT standards like HL7 or FHIR is a plus.
