Griffin Health Brand is seeking an Radiology Administrative Assistant/Database Specialist to provide direct administrative support to the Director of Radiology. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, updating databases, and managing the Director's complex Outlook schedule.

The role involves creating and managing Excel databases and reporting tools, assisting with budget uploads, and preparing PowerPoint presentations as needed.

Qualificações

• AS degree preferred with Medical Terminology knowledge.
• Strong typed data entry and Excel data management experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to Radiology Director.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and publication of updated databases.
• Maintain Director's Outlook schedule with accuracy.
• Create and manage Excel databases and reporting tools.
• Prepare budget uploads and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Track credentialing, education, and personnel data monthly.
• Maintain quality control documents and service contracts for Radiology sites.
