Job summary

The Radiology Administrative Coordinator at HCA HealthONE Rose in Denver will support the radiology pre-authorization process, verify insurance, schedule and obtain authorizations across CT, MRI, Ultrasound and other modalities.

Ideal candidates have a BLS certification, an Associate's degree, and 3+ years of healthcare secretarial experience; high school diploma required. The role is part-time with Thursday and Friday shifts, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BLS certification through AHA or ARC
• 2 year Associate's Degree preferred
• 3+ years' secretarial/clerical experience in healthcare setting highly preferred
• High School Graduate / GED required

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and pre-authorization for radiology procedures.
• Schedule radiology procedures and coordinate pre-authorization tasks.
• Provide high standard of customer service to patients, families and physician offices.
• Collaborate with radiology leadership and staff across modalities.
