Job summary

Nicklaushealth is seeking a Florida‑licensed Radiology Assistant to support the NCPS Radiology Department by performing delegated patient‑care and imaging duties under a licensed radiologist. You will prepare patients for imaging, document relevant information, assist with positioning, and help maintain safe, efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an ARRT-approved radiologist assistant program.
• Graduate of an ARRT‑approved radiologist assistant program or equivalent meeting Florida DOH Radiology certification requirements.
• Active Florida DOH Radiology Assistant certification in good standing.
• Active ARRT certification in good standing; BLS certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated clinical tasks under supervision of a Florida-licensed radiologist.
• Prepare patients for imaging and image-guided procedures; verify orders and collect history.
• Position patients and assist with immobilization, monitoring, and comfort.
• Assist radiologist/technologist with setup, room readiness, and workflow coordination.
