Qualifications

• Active Florida general x-ray license in good standing.
• ARRT credential in radiologic technology.
• American Heart Association BLS in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Operate portable and stationary x-ray equipment following ALARA policies.
• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, supplies, and medications; ensure patient comfort.
• Document imaging data (KVp, mAS) in the system after exams.
• Position patients and select proper technique; ensure patient safety.
• Enter patient data into PACS for interpretation.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of scan room; report issues.
