Concorde Career Colleges in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Radiologic Technology Program Director to lead the program, uphold accreditation standards, and drive student success through effective curriculum, faculty mentoring, and industry partnerships.

You will manage daily operations, ensure safety, oversee budgeting, and collaborate with clinical affiliates to align program content with evolving radiologic technology standards. Qualifications include degrees and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Masters Degree in any subject is required.
• Minimum four (4) years experience in Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program.
• Minimum of one (1) year leadership/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic planning of the Radiologic Technology Program.
• Ensure compliance with JRCERT and accrediting bodies; manage reaccreditation and reports.
• Promote safety and compliance standards in labs and clinical environments.
• Mentor students and prepare them for ARRT exam; support professional growth.
• Manage program evaluation: retention, completion, placement, and exam passage rates.
• Participate in budget planning and oversee expenditures; assess equipment and supplies needs.
• Maintain relationships with clinical affiliates, advisory boards, and healthcare organizations.
• Document ongoing faculty development and course scheduling; support CEUs where required.
• Lead a high-performing team through training and performance management.
