Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Master's Degree in any subject is required.
• Minimum of four years experience in Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum of two years experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Minimum of one year leadership/management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and long-term strategic planning of the Radiologic Technology Program.
• Ensure compliance with JRCERT and accrediting bodies; manage self-studies, reaccreditation, and reports.
• Promote safety and compliance in labs and clinical environments.
• Mentor students and prepare them for the ARRT exam; support professional growth.
• Manage program evaluation, retention, completion, placement, and exam passage rates.
• Oversee budgeting, expenditures, equipment, and supplies; maintain clinical affiliations.
