Radiologic Technologist X-ray / Radiologic Technologist New Grad (Finance)

Work Schedule : 100% FTE, daytime hours. Tuesday - Friday 7:15AM - 3:45PM; Saturday 7:30AM - 11:30AM. Weekend, holiday and standby call rotations required. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI and may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Both experienced and new grad radiologic technologists are encouraged to apply. Hours may vary based on departmental needs.

Pay :

• External hires may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
• Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.
• The listed pay range reflects the Radiologic Technologist - Interventional role.
• For new grads prior to licensure, pay will be lower than indicated.

Be part of Wisconsin's top hospital! We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist X-ray / New Grad Rad Tech to:

• Perform various imaging exams on adults, geriatric, adolescent, and pediatric patients using diverse radiographic equipment, computers, detectors, and plate readers.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues, participate in quality assurance, and resolve image processing and archiving system issues.
• Make quick, technical decisions to accommodate physical restrictions and pathology.
• Serve as a clinical instructor for affiliated training programs and participate in clinical research.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Preferred)

Work Experience

• Previous healthcare experience (Required)
• Two years of clinical experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• ARRT Radiography (R) certification (Required upon hire)
• Wisconsin Radiological License (Required upon hire)
• CPR certification (Required within 3 months)
