Qualifications

  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology required.
  • ARRT certification and valid Wisconsin Radiological License required.

Job description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, daytime/evening/night shift, Monday – Friday, 5 x 8-hour shifts. Includes weekend, holiday, and standby call rotation. Up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus may be available. Work location: University Hospital, Madison, WI. Both experienced and new graduate radiologic technologists are encouraged to apply. Hours may vary based on departmental needs.

Pay:

  • Potential for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE) for external hires.
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
  • The listed pay range applies to the Radiologic Technologist – Interventional role.
  • For new grads prior to licensure, pay will be lower than the listed range.

We seek a Radiologic Technologist Interventional / New Grad Rad Tech to:

  • Operate fluoroscopy, computed tomography, and ultrasonography equipment during vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing systems to ensure smooth patient flow for procedures.
  • For new grads, support licensed techs in procedures and learn departmental workflows, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.

Work Experience

  • Previous healthcare experience required.
  • 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Licenses & Certifications

  • ARRT certification and valid Wisconsin Radiological License (ARRT (R) (VI)) within 30 months required.
  • CPR certification within 3 months required.
  • Radiology certification ARRT (R)(VI) preferred.
