Job description

Work Schedule:


100% FTE, daytime/evening/night shift, Monday - Friday, 5 x 8-hour shifts. Includes weekend, holiday, and standby call rotation. Up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus may be available. Location: University Hospital, Madison, WI. Both experienced and new graduate radiologic technologists are encouraged to apply. Hours may vary based on departmental needs.


Pay:


  • Potential for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.
  • Pay range reflects the Radiologic Technologist - Interventional role.
  • For new grads prior to licensing, pay may be lower.

We seek a Radiologic Technologist Interventional / Rad Tech new graduate to:


  • Perform complex specialized tasks using fluoroscopy, computed tomography, and ultrasonography during vascular and neuroradiology procedures.
  • Assist in developing systems for efficient patient flow during procedures.
  • For new grads, support licensed techs and learn workflows, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Preferred)

Work Experience:


  • Previous healthcare experience (Required)
  • 2 years of clinical experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications:


  • ARRT certification and valid Wisconsin Radiological License (ARRT (R) (VI)) within 30 months (Required)
  • CPR Certification within 3 months (Required)
  • Radiology certification ARRT (R)(VI) (Preferred)
