Job summary

Berkshire Health Systems is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across X-ray, CT, and MRI in a patient-centered environment in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compassionate care, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

Sign-on bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 are available for eligible candidates, with a focus on teamwork and quality patient outcomes within our radiology department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT registration in Radiography (R).
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license, as applicable to the assigned modality.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in X-ray, CT, and/or MRI.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures with compassion and professionalism.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot imaging equipment and related technology.
• Follow imaging protocols and exercise clinical judgment to obtain accurate images.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and imaging professionals.
• Maintain documentation and ensure equipment/work areas are clean and safe.
• Participate in quality improvement and required competency assessments.
• Support training and development of students and colleagues.
