Job summary

Berkshire Medical Center at BMC X-Ray Diagnostic OR in Pittsfield, MA seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diverse imaging procedures. The role requires independent judgment, initiative, and proficiency with PACS, HIS and RIS systems, while upholding patient confidentiality and safety standards.

Must have AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology training, MA radiology licensure, ARRT(RTR), and CPR. The position is full‑time with rotating shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completed AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• MA Radiology License (MALIC) and ARRT(RTR) certification required.
• CPR certification and ability to work independently in a high‑stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of radiologic procedures with independent judgment.
• Demonstrate proper operation of PACS, HIS and RIS systems and equipment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and infection control per hospital policies and OSHA standards.
• Supervise or assist department personnel as directed by leadership.
