Job summary

Atrius Health in Boston, MA is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform and support radiographic exams across age groups, ensuring patient safety and high-quality images. You will work with radiologists and the care team, maintaining confidentiality and delivering strong patient service.

Position details include full-time hours either 9:00am–5:30pm or four 10-hour shifts, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants. Massachusetts licensure and ARRT eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency from an accredited institution or governmental unit.
• Graduate from an accredited radiography program with required licensure eligibility.
• ARRT license eligibility and Massachusetts radiologic technologist licensure required.
• Ability to provide CEU documentation for licensure maintenance.
• Licensure in Massachusetts as radiologic technologist is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in standard and specialized radiographic exams and procedures.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality and high image quality with the lowest feasible dose.
• Deliver excellent customer service, schedule exams, and conduct outreach calls for radiology.
• Communicate effectively with patients and radiology team members.
• Identify equipment issues and report them to the department supervisor.
• Support other Radiology Department responsibilities as needed.
