Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to join our expanding team. You will start up and operate X-ray equipment, verify patient information, and perform radiologic procedures with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will document results in EMR and ensure reports are available in patient charts. We offer a competitive hourly rate beginning at 31.00 USD per hour, a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for FT staff, and generous benefits including PTO, medical, 401(k) with match, CME

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT certification.
• Active state licensure as required by state law.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage X-Ray equipment (start up/shut down).
• Identify patient and verify examination orders.
• Prepare patients and perform radiologic procedures following safety protocols.
• Obtain patient history and document observations.
• Use shielding and radiation protection measures.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and report malfunctions.
• Document radiologic procedures in EMR/PACS for billing.
• Obtain pre-authorization for CT scans as needed.
• Maintain site cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Participate in quality control and patient flow activities.
