Job summary

Sutter Eden Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform a range of radiologic and technical procedures for patients from neonatal to geriatric. You will operate imaging equipment to generate diagnostic scans and assist in training, equipment maintenance, and QA/QC activities within the department.

The role requires ARRT radiography certification, CRT, RHF, and BLS credentials, with a per diem/short hour differential of 25% and a non-exempt, short-hour status.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Allied health accredited Radiology technology program.
• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree.
• CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist, ARRT Radiography, RHF Fluoroscopy, BLS.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic and technical procedures for neonatal to geriatric patients.

Position Overview

Performs radiologic and technical procedures. Performs a variety of duties in preparing neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients for the technical component of scans and treatments of particular organs to furnish diagnostic information. Operates Imaging equipment to produce the scans. Provides support and training assistance as well as functioning in all aspects of position. Assists the Lead and Department in maintenance of equipment and QA/QC program(s) for meeting regulatory and accreditation and re-accreditation. Serves as department liaison

Per diem/short hour differential: 25%
