Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform x-ray examinations and assist physicians with diagnosis and treatment. The role involves preparing patients, recording vital signs, and positioning for imaging.

The technologist may administer IV contrast when necessary and participate in quality assurance for radiology equipment. Eligible candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology, hold an MRT license (Texas) and ARRT-R

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT) is required.
• ARRT-R certification required; BLS/ALS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Performs radiography (x-ray) exams; ensures image quality and patient safety.
• Prepares patients, records vital signs, and positions for imaging procedures.
• Administers IV and contrast when necessary; assists with QA of radiology equipment.
• May be required to work weekends and float to other locations as needed.
• Ensures compliance with MH policies and standards; supports department goals.
