Job summary

Carbon Health in Marlboro, New Jersey is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (XRT) to perform diagnostic imaging and support clinical workflows. You will help patients through imaging, ensure safety, and collaborate with radiologists and MAs to keep the clinic running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a CRT certificate, CPR-BLS, ARRT or equivalent credential, and at least 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical teams and improving workflows.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; strong communication skills.
• CRT certificate and CPR-BLS certification required.
• ARRT radiologic technology credentialing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging and explain procedures.
• Apply radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure.
• Prepare images for Radiologist interpretation and assist with MA duties.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in process improvements.
• Complete DOT certification training for urine drug screens and breath tests.
• Work autonomously within established procedures.
