Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license (NJDEP).
• Maintains required BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging exams, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Position patients accurately and operate radiologic equipment to obtain optimal images while minimizing exposure.
• Apply radiation safety principles and comply with regulatory standards.
• Review images for quality, document exam details in EMR and imaging systems.
