Reno Orthopedic Center (ROC) is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the Main Location (555 N Arlington Ave, Reno NV 89503). You will obtain high-quality images for treatment planning, adhere to ARRT and HIPAA standards, and coordinate with physicians, patients, and staff.

The role requires ARRT certification and Nevada licensure, with opportunities for growth, scheduling flexibility including nights/weekends, and comprehensive ROC benefits.

Formación

• ARRT certified radiologic technologist with licensed status in Nevada.
• Experience adhering to radiology safety and HIPAA/OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to operate radiographic equipment and evaluate image quality.

Responsabilidades

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographic images as requested by physicians.
• Adjust exposure parameters for optimal image quality.
• Screen patients for safety and explain procedures.
• Position patients and use shielding as required by regulations.
• Document imaging data in EMR/PACS and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain QA procedures per ARRT guidelines.
• Prepare radiology department daily, including cleaning and stocking.
• Oversee workflow with assigned aide and rooms.
