Job summary

Hometown Health in Reno, NV is seeking a Radiology Technologist for Outpatient imaging to perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic exams while delivering compassionate patient care.

Requirements include ARRT certification, Nevada medical radiography license on hire, BLS within 60 days, and proficiency with MS Office. One year of clinical experience is preferred; this is a full-time, benefits-eligible role in the Radiology Department.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform job duties safely and effectively.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or AMA approved hospital-based program.
• ARRT certification required on hire; NV license for Medical Radiography on hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
• Proficiency with MS Office for documentation and online learning.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Verify physician orders and prepare patients for exams.
• Regulate patient flow, ensure safety, and maintain image quality.
• Document procedures, charges, and medical charting as required.
