The role requires ARRT registration, AMA‑approved radiologic technology training, a state license, and BLS certification, with strong computer, communication, and customer service skills. Includes exposure to a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in Windows-style applications and role-specific software.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Licensed/registered radiologic technologist with AMA-approved training.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patient for the visit and document registration as needed.
• Verify physician orders and procedures for accuracy.
• Independently operate radiology equipment and RIS for imaging per protocol.
• Review images for diagnostic quality before transmission.
• Perform routine quality control and notify/remediate as required.
• Assist in departmental operations including inventory and scheduling.
• Adapt communication and service style to diverse patient populations.
• Other duties as assigned.
