Job description

Work Schedule

100% FTE, daytime hours 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, 4 x 10-hour shifts. Weekend, holiday and on-call rotation included. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay
  • External hires may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.
  • The pay range listed reflects the Radiologic Technologist - CT role.
  • If working in a new grad rad tech role, pay will be lower prior to receiving license, then increased when license is received.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist CT / Rad Tech New Grad to:

  • Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures utilizing radiographic equipment, computers, and detectors.
  • Set up the imaging room according to the examination, including proper isolation precautions when needed.
  • Provide basic maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and archiving systems.
  • If a new graduate, assist licensed techs and learn workflows, policies, and procedures of the department.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum: Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Work Experience:

  • Minimum: Previous healthcare experience
  • Preferred: 2 years of clinical experience

Certifications:

  • Minimum: ARRT certification, Wisconsin Radiological License within 3 months, ARRT (R) (CT) within 30 months, CPR certification within 3 months
  • Preferred: ARRT (R)(CT) certification
