Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging exams across modalities while adhering to ALARA principles and department protocols. You will ensure accurate patient identification, deliver compassionate care, and support the radiology team with procedures.

Qualifications

• Accredited Program Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-R - ARRT Radiography (required).
• BLS certification required upon hire or prior.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge in imaging modality while following department protocols and ALARA principles.
• Performs imaging exams and evaluates technical quality and patient identification.
• Provides optimal patient care and supports patient-family centered care.
• Ensures patient safety and responds appropriately to emergencies.
• Maintains aseptic technique and hand hygiene.
• Assists Radiologist with procedures and protocols.
• Adheres to Wellstar Health System policies and code of conduct.
