Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited Program Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-R certification required at hire.
• BLS-I or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of modality imaging and ALARA to minimize exposure.
• Perform imaging exams across modalities and evaluate technical quality.
• Ensure proper patient identification and post-processing of data.
• Provide optimal patient care and support Patient Family Centered care.
• Adhere to patient safety principles and respond to emergencies.
• Assist Radiologist with procedures and protocols.
• Follow Wellstar Health System policies and code of conduct.
• Other duties as assigned.
