Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required on hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostic Imaging exams in various settings while adhering to ALARA.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure proper patient identification and post-processing as needed.
• Assist Radiologist with procedures and maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Adhere to department protocols and Wellstar policies; provide compassionate patient care.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and maintain aseptic technique.
