Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Greeley, CO seeks a PRN Radiologic Technologist for the Diagnostic Radiology department. The role is onsite with no hybrid or remote option.

You will perform imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and support quality control while adhering to department policies and mission. Responsibilities include reviewing orders, educating patients, administering contrast as appropriate, configuring equipment, and maintaining high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT registration as Radiologic Technologist (R).
• BLS required; CPR/CPR card valid through start date and renewals through AHA.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patient about procedures.
• Administer contrast media/medications as allowed; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment; select exposure factors; ensure safety and quality control; troubleshoot equipment.
• Position patient; perform imaging; analyze results; address image quality issues; transmit images.
• Work with Radiology students as needed; capable of fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
