Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform imaging and therapy onsite. This PRN role requires exam preparation, radiopharmaceutical handling, equipment QC, and patient education while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will work with a team in HRH Nuclear Med to deliver accurate imaging results, manage patient flow, and participate in continuous quality improvements. Onsite only, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program.
• Certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) by NMTCB or ARRT certification.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or ARC with an active card at start date.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patient about procedures and exams.
• Prepare, administer, store and dispose radiopharmaceuticals per protocols and regs; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment; set exposure factors and imaging parameters; perform QC and troubleshoot equipment.
• Position patient and perform imaging; analyze results and report findings.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
