Job summary

UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for an onsite position in the MCR Operating Room. The role involves performing imaging procedures, coordinating with the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety and quality imaging standards.

Qualifications include ARRT registration, state licensure if required, and BLS certification. Training and support are provided in a fast-paced OR environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT registration as Radiologic Technologist (R) required; state licensure if required by law.
• BLS Healthcare Provider required; CPR card valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patient about procedures and exam to ensure understanding.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within scope; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment; select exposure factors; ensure safety and QC; troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Position patient and perform imaging procedures; analyze results; ensure image quality; may work with Radiology students.
