Job summary

Requirements include an Accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT(R), BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification.
• BLS or equivalent Basic Life Support certification.
• For MRI: ARRT (R) or ARMRIT.
• For Nuclear Medicine: CNMT or ARRT (N) on hire.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge in assigned modality imaging per department protocol and ALARA.
• Performs imaging exams across modalities and ensures technical quality.
• Ensures proper patient identification and post-processing as needed.
• Maintains patient safety and responds to emergencies appropriately.
• Adheres to aseptic technique and hand washing policies.
• Assists Radiologist with procedures and protocols.
