Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to perform diagnostic imaging and ensure high-quality results. You will work with radiologists and physicians in a fast-paced environment and may mentor students and staff on exam protocols and equipment usage.

Your duties include maintaining ARRT competency, patient preparation, image review, and strict adherence to safety and documentation standards. This full-time role offers shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• Radiologic technologist license in state of practice is required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.
• MA Competency Checklist may be required and function as an MA in a clinic or InstaCare setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Prepares patients for exams and verifies orders.
• Performs exams per protocol and reviews images for quality.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains safety.
• Mentors and instructs students and other Radiology Techs in protocols.
