*Responsibilities*

1. Perform complete diagnostic radiography procedures on patients according to departmental protocols under the guidance of the Medical Director and Director of Imaging Services.
2. Prepare and ensure equipment is operational, safe, and functioning according to diagnostic standards.
3. Perform daily equipment and room maintenance, adhering to infection control standards.
4. Complete quality checks and maintain equipment logs.
5. Manage clinical supply inventories to ensure diagnostic rooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
6. Participate in patient testing, including urgent requests, routine and non-routine procedures, and OR procedures requiring radiographic support.

*Qualifications*

Education Required

Graduate of a Radiology Technology Program from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certification Required

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)).
• Licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) with the Texas Medical Board.
• BLS certification through an approved AHA program.

Experience Required

Three (3) years of related work experience.
