Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a radiologic technologist with mammography experience to perform imaging procedures and ensure high-quality care. You will use radiographic equipment, maintain compliance with regulations, and assist with workflow and education for staff and students.

Requires a two-year Radiologic Technology program, mammography certification when applicable, state licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 2-year accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• Mammography certification within two years of hire when applicable.
• State licensure in radiation protection per regulations.
• CPR certification required for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures following policy guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations including JCAHO.
• Enter accurate patient data into clinical care systems and coordinate workflow.
• Assist in student and staff learning, and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Provide safe patient handling and maintain credentials like CPR and safety training.
