Qualifications

Overview

Dominican Hospital (a member of Dignity Health) is a 222-bed facility offering a wide range of services to residents of California’s Central Coast. Services include emergency care, cardiac, orthopedics, oncology, women’s and children’s services, and more. Dominican is recognized for its safety and quality care, including a Level III NICU and partnerships with Stanford Health Care for neurosurgery and neonatal intensive care.

Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Radiologic Technologist I, under the general direction of a radiologist and Radiology Administration, performs a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic, emergency, and specialized procedures, providing services to all ages.

Qualifications
  • Minimum: Current and valid CRT Permit (California), Fluoroscopy Permit (California), and ARRT (R) certification. BLS CPR certification. Understanding of sterile techniques. Ability to follow protocols, develop relationships with patients and physicians, identify concerns, and recognize emergent situations.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years’ experience as a radiologic technologist, AS in Radiologic Sciences, ARRT credentials in CT, N, T, MR, S, M, QM, BD, CV, CI, VI, VS, BS.
