Position Details

This is a part-time position (1/2 time, 20 hours per week) with a monthly salary range of $3,165.00 to $3,687.00. Main communication will be via email, so ensure your contact information is current.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Executive and Correction Health Services Administrator I/II, the Radiologic Technologist instructs and prepares patients for radiologic exams, takes X-rays, maintains equipment, and keeps records. May supervise inmate-workers and patient conduct during treatment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current valid certificate as a certified Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiologic technology issued by the California Department of Health Services.
  • Two years of experience in radiologic techniques under an accredited medical radiologist, or completion of a two-year approved training program in radiologic technology.
