RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a high-quality, patient-centered environment at RWJUH Rahway Hospital. You will prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety throughout the process.

You will position patients, operate radiologic equipment, and apply radiation safety standards while collaborating with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure accurate, timely diagnoses.

Qualifications

• AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology is required.
• Current ARRT certification is required.
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license is required.
• BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging exams and ensure comfort and safety.
• Position patients and operate radiologic equipment to obtain optimal images.
• Apply radiation safety principles and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Document imaging procedures and patient data in EMR and imaging systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate patient care.
